  54. The registration is valid for a full revision level with a minimum of
  55. one year period. Upgrades that only change the minor version numbers
  56. (to the right of the decimal point) and any updates that fall within 
  57. the first twelve months are free. We may requiere a nominal shipping 
  58. fee if you want updates sent by mail. Major upgrades will be offered
  59. at discount prices to registered users.
